Safe Senior Home was founded by Bill Schermes. With over 30 years of experience in home repair and remodeling, Bill found inspiration for this company through his own personal journey.

Bill has seen the daily challenges his own parents face in their homes. He also understands that the majority of senior citizens and those with limited mobility would rather stay in their homes for as long as possible.

The current health risk of living in a senior community or nursing home is frightening. With post-pandemic confinement and lack of ability to have visitors, facilities feel more like prisons than homes.

Bill has found that with some simple modifications, seniors and those with limited mobility can remain in their own homes much longer and feel more independent.
